  • This beginners module is designed to introduce the client to exercise.
    The first session will alleviate any fears about exercise, and, or programs attempted previously. It is here, that we begin to prepare you for exercise, and will contain the following ;
    A consultation about : your goals , your program design and our expectations
    A postural screening assessment
    A medical assessment form An education based first session, where you orient yourself with the gym floor, routine, instruction and most importantly , get to meet your trainer.
    A variation of Cardiovascular, strength and resistance training , flexibility and core based exercise.

  • What will you need to bring?

  • You will need to wear something that is comfortable to move freely in, and perhaps , lightly sweat.
    Powerfitness will provide water and towels for you.
    Your choice of footwear is very important to exercise, and we can provide guidance to complement your exercise routine.

  • Consultation and Orientation / Postural Screening / Training Session / 2 x Practice Sessions

  • Week 2

  • Training Session / up to 3 x Practice Sessions

  • Week 3

  • 2 x Training Sessions / 1 x Introductory Massage 30mins / Unlimited Practice Sessions

  • Week 4

  • 1 x Training Session with focus on Program goals / unlimited practice sessions
